If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original box and use the provided protective shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location. Your refund will be processed once the item is inspected.
